If for any reason, you wish to return a product bought, your statutory rights are not affected. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, we will issue a full refund for any item(s), excluding delivery charges, provided you return your order to us at the address provided in an unused and unopened condition and let us know by email within 3 working days from the day following delivery of your order. The returns form must be completed and included in the return package.
In the case of damaged item(s), you must inform us within 3 working days of receipt of the item, otherwise we will deem you to have accepted them and will not accept a return. In the case of faulty item(s), you must inform us within 7 days of receipt of the item, otherwise we will deem you to have accepted them and will not accept a return.
Your item(s) must have been stored in the original packaging and should be returned in a resalable state within 30 days: unopened and unused with the original presentation box, with protective packaging and any cards or tags included. If you purchased a set, you will need to return all pieces in the set for a full refund. We cannot accept any partial set returns for a refund.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:
– Large format print (A2, A1, A0)
– Custom or personalised orders
– Commission and make to order (MTO)
– Digital downloads
– Items on sale
– Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– Book or catalogue with obvious signs of use
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
On receiving the returned item(s), we will either accept or decline your return. Item(s) that do not meet our returns policy will be declined and sent back to you at the original delivery address. Returns that are accepted will be refunded to the original payment method (excluding the initial delivery cost). If you are unsure or would like further clarification please contact us.
Please allow up to 28 days from the day we receive the returned item(s) for refunds to be processed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us immediately about lost or damaged items. Keep all original packing materials as they may be needed for insurance investigation purposes. Email jamesroperart.gmail.com to let us know about any damage ASAP. If possible, include pictures. We’ll be in touch with next steps.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
