ABOUT ME
-Master of Architecture (M.Arch) with Distinction, at the University of Manchester (2018 -2020)
-Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) (Hons) equivalent, Urban Planning, at Guizhou University (2004 -2008)
My name is Natasha K. He, and I am based in Guernsey as an artist, architect, urban planner, photographer, and multidisciplinary designer working on projects of varied scales.
Before 2022, I lived in several cosmopolitan cities, including Shanghai, Guangzhou, Guiyang, Paris, and Manchester. In November 2022, I was presented with two excellent options: continuing my career in Urban Design and Architecture at an international firm in Rotterdam or exploring a new opportunity in Guernsey, a charming island I had never visited.
“I am thrilled to have chosen Guernsey, as it has won my heart and inspired my creative vision.”
In 2024, I was recognised as one of the five Highly Commended Artists in the Fox Open Art Competition in the Channel Islands. This honour allowed me to explore the enchanting beauty of Jersey and express it through my new artwork – Jersey Market. The following year, in 2025, three of my pen-and-ink artworks were selected for the Jersey Summer Exhibition at CCA Galleries International.
Since 2004, I have been observing cities and expressing my ideas through freehand drawings and photography. I also enjoy transforming my vivid dreams into colourful canvas creations.
Throughout my career, I have worked on numerous projects across various countries and regions, including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, France, Canada, the UK, Ethiopia, the Netherlands, and Guernsey.
