HE, you guarantee that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you supply is true and accurate; you agree to notify us as soon as possible of any changes by email. Natasha K. HE complies fully with all relevant Data Protection and consumer legislation and treats all personal information as fully confidential. We collect your personal information (for example, your name, email address, etc) when you subscribe to our mailing list, enter competitions and provide feedback; when you place orders, we collect your name, email and delivery address and payment details, to service your order. Personal information is stored on secure servers, and details such as credit card, name and address are encrypted. Natasha K. HE complies with PCI (Payment Card Industry), which guarantees security and protection of customer information.
Natasha K. HE will not share your details with third parties unless you give us permission to do so. However, to perform credit-card transactions and fulfil orders, Natasha K. HE uses reputable third-party banking and distribution institutions. These carefully selected companies receive only the information needed to verify and authorise payment cards and to process orders and are under strict legal obligations to keep all personal information private.
ORDERS
Orders will be charged to your account on dispatch of goods. All credit and charge-card payments are subject to checks and authorisation by the card issuer; if the issuer does not authorise payment, your order will be cancelled and Natasha K. HE will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Please note that stock levels shown on the website are a guide only, that product colour may be different from that shown due to variation caused by your computer screen or device, and that any colour swatches provided are supplied as a guide only. In the rare event that a product ordered has been listed with incorrect details or is supplied to Natasha K. HE in different packaging than shown, we’ll inform you prior to dispatch and ask you to confirm your order or cancel it. If we cannot get hold of you, we will cancel the order and will either not take payment from you or give you a full refund, as applicable.
We reserve the right to refuse an order at our discretion, and cannot be held liable for withdrawing any goods, materials or content from the site.
DELIVERY
Processing Time: Natasha K. HE dispatches orders within 1-3 business days. This is NOT applied for the terms of commission and Make to order (MTO) are varied, check the specific descriptions of item(s) for more information. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Channel Islands: Guernsey Post is the service provider for general orders. Original or commissioned works may be delivered in person in Guernsey.
UK Shipping: Royal mail is the carrier, UK Tracked 48 is default shipping service. It normally takes between 3 and 5 working days to most areas of mainland Britain. We also offer Royal Mail Guaranteed by 1pm option (for the UK customers) is available – see Delivery Information for full details. Please expect delay in shipping during, such as Christmas.
International Shipping: Royal mail is the carrier, International Tracked & Signed is default shipping service. it normally deliveries to Europe in 3-5 business days and rest of World in 6-7 business days, Tracked end-to-end with online confirmation and signature on delivery. Please expect delay in shipping during, such as Christmas.
We will send an email to the address you provided on registration (as may be updated) when your order has been dispatched, including any information on how to track your order.
Delivery notes are passed onto the courier to assist them in delivering your order. They are not instructions that the courier will always follow.
We ensure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to the specified delivery address. Once your order has been delivered to the specified delivery address, the contract between Natasha K. HE and yourself will be marked as fulfilled and the responsibility from that stage has transferred onto you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Natasha K. HE and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Our couriers can deliver to certain destinations without collecting a signature. If this option applies to your delivery address, you can update your preference on the shipping page at checkout by entering a delivery note before proceeding to purchase. By instructing the courier to leave your order in a safe place, you agree to our terms and conditions and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.
Natasha K. HE does not accept any liability for failure or delay in delivering goods or for any damage or defect to goods, in each case, that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
CANCELLATIONS
We don’t accept cancellations. As most of items are commission and Make to order (MTO), the process can begin at any time. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
RETURNS
In the case of damaged item(s), you must inform us within 1 working day of receipt of the item, otherwise we will deem you to have accepted them and will not accept a return. In the case of faulty item(s), you must inform us within 3 days of receipt of the item, otherwise we will deem you to have accepted them and will not accept a return.
Your item(s) must have been stored in the original packaging and should be returned in a resalable state within 10 days: unopened and unused with the original presentation box, with protective packaging and any cards or tags included. If you purchased a set, you will need to return all pieces in the set for a full refund. We cannot accept any partial set returns for a refund.
If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:
– Large format print (A2, A1, A0)
– Custom or personalised orders
– Commission and make to order (MTO)
– Digital downloads
– Items on sale
– Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– Book or catalogue with obvious signs of use
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
On receiving the returned item(s), we will either accept or decline your return. Item(s) that do not meet our returns policy will be declined and sent back to you at the original delivery address. Returns that are accepted will be refunded to the original payment method (excluding the initial delivery cost). If you are unsure or would like further clarification please contact us.
Please allow up to 28 days from the day we receive the returned item(s) for refunds to be processed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us immediately about lost or damaged items. Keep all original packing materials as they may be needed for insurance investigation purposes. Email natashakhe.design@gmail.com to let us know about any damage ASAP. If possible, include pictures. We’ll be in touch with next steps.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to informed address
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND BLOCKING
Natasha K. HE’s liability for any breach of these terms and conditions is limited to the value of the goods ordered in the relevant transaction, however, nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit Natasha K. HE’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of Natasha K. HE’s negligence. If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions is not affected. If we consider in our absolute discretion that you are in breach of these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to prevent you having further access to the website and to take any further action that we consider appropriate.
